7. Appropriate Food and Food Habits for Zealousliving

Hi Friends ,
A very good day/night to you all. In our path of zealous and zesty living when we talk of health, food habits form a very significant chunk. Food habits can be divided into proper diet , having timely meals ,having the right quantity, eating in the proper manner etc.
    Proper diet varies from people to people depending on their age, health, medical condition and metabolic rate . What I mean is you cannot expect a 80 yr old grandpa to have the food of a 20 yr old youngster . People who are obese may have different requirements as compared to a lean person. Some medical conditions call for protein rich diet, in some medical conditions like gout, protein rich food is a taboo. Some people have a very high metabolic rate and can eat and digest huge quantities (How I envy them).So, know your body, consider your likes and dislikes and form good eating habits. Even if we have healthy food its important to have it at the right time.

6. Take care of your health for Zealouszestyliving

Hi friends, a very good day/night to you all,
While on our path to zealouszestyliving lets skip to the next tip and that is healthy living. Health is wealth no doubt but do we ever take care of this wealth? We lock our valuable viz. money, jewellery etc . When we go on long vacations we check and recheck our security systems but when it comes to the wealth of our health ,
we are soooo very careless! Lets take a vow together to protect our health against the dacoits of unhealthy eating habits ,sleeping habits and erratic timings.
